Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and the required return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Repackage the rug in its original plastic wrap or equivalent heavy-duty shipping materials to ensure it remains clean and protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
